We slice and weigh meats as you order, Texas-style. We're slinging meats and serving sides quickly in the cart, but lines may start early. Currently, we average under 3 minutes per transaction. We update our menu board as items sell out.

Our line is family friendly and welcome to all. Dress appropriate for weather. Local craft beer, wine, and hard-cider beverage service is offered by Paradise Creek Brewery on site. We have special offerings on some weekends and holidays!
