Miss Huddy's Barbecue offers authentic central Texas-style barbecue, and a unique food cart experience in Pullman, Washington.

We slice and weigh meats as you order, but also offer home-made sausages, sides, and signature sandwiches too. We're slinging meats and serving sides quickly in the cart, but lines may start early. We average under 3 minutes per transaction. We update our menu board as items sell out.
Our business is family friendly and welcome to all. Dress appropriate for the weather as our location is outdoors. We have special offerings on some weekends and holidays!
